Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all jobs. Works will be charged by the hour for all jobs on top of the callout.
Quotations: Can be provided by the engineers before work commences.
Callout* A Call-out charge of £55 will be added and this will cover the first 30mins of the engineer arriving on site.
Fixed Prices** Can be given if requested either verbal or a written quotation by the engineer before work commences.
Materials supplied: City Boiler Repair will be charged at trade price plus a 30% markup.
Material Collection: time for non-stock items will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed upon with the customer in advance.
The Invoice presented will clearly show a full description of the work carried out - time started/time finished, and a full breakdown of Labour and Materials.
Payment: must be made in full by credit card or cash to the engineer upon receipt of the invoice.
We do not charge for travelling, parking, or congestion (In and around London). However, we do charge for travel outside of the areas of London – we have no hidden charges.
